Description Our Corn starch USP is produced from specific process and conditions as per United States Pharmacopoeia Standards. It consists of polysaccharide granules obtained from the caryopsis of Maize or Corn, Zea mays Linn.

  • The starch granules show a distinct black cross intersecting at the hilum
  • A thin, clloudy mucilage is formed
  • An orange red to dark blue colour is produced, which disappears on heating
